'Did not take a penny for the movie'

Rana's 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri's'  film is set for release on August 11th. The film has been directed by Teja, who has not had a single success in a long, long time. However, he managed to rope in Rana and the movie has already created a buzz.

However, Rana contends that he accepted the offer for the character of Jogendra rather than the director Teja. He says that no one would have touched the Teja's film, but he took the role just because of the challenge  presented to him.

"The character has many shades, I look thin for a little and well toned and muscled a little, then, there are negative nuances for my character. Due to variations, Jogendra becomes an interesting character," he says adding that he never collected a Penny for his role.

The film is presented by his father Suresh Babu . Rana laughs saying that if he had paid remuneration he would not get food in his house.

The character has shadows and similarities with the heroes of the NTR and MGR , says Rana and confesses that he is very excited about the character.

In total, Nene Raju Nene Mantri is making the right noise to attract the attention of the audience and industry in large.
