Had Kangana nominated for the Padma award?

Kangana Ranaut, who won the national award twice for best actress is said to have been nominated for the Padma awards announced recently, but unfortunately do not make the cut to the final list of the few selected for the prestigious award. Ranaut won the national award for best actress in a row in 2015 and 2016 for 'Queen' and 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns', respectively. She had in 2010 also won the national award for best supporting actress for her performance in 'fashion'.
